Same-day home delivery to Los Alamos and White Rock is available for any order placed before noon! If a product is out of stock, you will get a call within an hour of your order to let you know about similar available options or an expected delivery date.

Delivery is free for purchases of $100 and over. For orders under $100, you just pay $5 for delivery.

Ordering frozen food or treats? We will bring them in a cooler with ice packs and we will touch base via phone to make sure you know it is delivered.

If your pet isn't happy with your purchase for any reason, please return the product to the store within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We do not offer pick-ups for returns at this time. Used crates, for health reasons, are not accepted for return. Please make sure you crate train your pet because kennels, even wire kennels, can be chewed up and pose a safety risk.
